How many Personas should I map? Start with the persona that contributes the most to your company. Those are usually 2 to 7 personas. It is worth noting that every case is unique.

Can I map a Persona based on the contact I’ve had with customers? This approach carries a personal bias and less assertiveness when mapping a persona. We recommend a qualitative study.

It is only necessary for the platform (software) to have API for integration. The PeopleXperience platform will display data from the platform in question. Software examples: CRM platform, research platform, etc.

How does the Persona Search work on the PeopleXperience platform? The Enterprise plan can send up to 100 searches per Persona and the Expert plan up to 20. This tool is not available to the Experience plan (free). Please note that the focus is to create a visual representation with personal characteristics of your client. Our Persona search is not a mass email marketing tool, but a Persona mapping search and analysis, simulating the work of a professional consultant following qualitative research methodology, that is, aiming for between 8 to 12 searches per segmented persona.
